On a practical level, we value the onsite visits from Jones and Clark. The regular supply reviews mean that we manage our supplies to levels that we are happy with and we don’t run out of stock.

We have the additional flexibility of sending our site engineers down to the Trade Counter to pick up stocked products if we need them and urgent deliveries can often be accommodated at short notice, sometimes on the same day. We have great relationships with the team. It feels good to deal with Jones and Clark because they offer an accommodating and professional service with a personal touch in contrast to the mechanised, impersonal services that some suppliers offer.

Everyone in the team has their own personality and strengths. They’re a little bit ‘nutty’ but absolutely lovely to deal with.
