12.5KG GLOBAL TITAN RED LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASE
Titan Red is a high performance bearing grease based on a multi-complex soap
system designed to give outstanding performance in both anti-friction and plain
bearings. The unique shear stable soap structure of Titan Red enables the grease to
remain in the bearing even under arduous working conditions and can extend the
relubrication period at least three times compared with conventional soap based
greases.
Application
Titan Red can be applied either manually or by suitable grease guns. While the
product is compatible with most soap based greases best performance from the
product will only be obtained when the bearing has been cleaned or purged of the
previous lubricant. Applications include , ball and roller bearings, couplings,
slideways and plain bearings.
The multi-complex soap system of Titan Red is stable to temperatures in excess of
250oC but the working temperature is limited to 155oC by the mineral base oil.
